excellent customer service clean room standard size
the staff was happy to clear up a smashed painting without blaming us this was excellent customer service i'd recommend the hotel the bathroom in my room was bigger than i expected the room itself was a standard size but very clean
the cooked english breakfast lacked taste it seemed warmed up

my room was very clean. i saw wonderful views. the breakfast includes a full english option and it was delicious. the bed was very comfortable, possibly the most comfortable one i have had on holiday.

i found the staff very friendly and accommodating . the breakfast offered plenty of hot choices and met all preferences. the room was scrupulously clean, a detail i always appreciate. bonus with convenient parking.
the room was on the smaller side. it could have benefited from additional amenities.

Breakfast was lovely. many choices catered to various food preferences, which i valued. bacon was cooked perfectly, and fresh pastries complemented the meal. The dining area offered ample seating and natural light.

My room had a comfy bed that guaranteed a restful night. i enjoyed the fine view. the shower provided hot water and good pressure, and fresh towels were supplied daily. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness .

Breakfast was great , served with fresh ingredients each morning. The location provided amazing sea views and easy harbor access. A convenient bus service operated frequently, providing access who prefer not to climb the cliff.
The bar could benefit from a television. It was uncomfortably quiet sitting there with other guests. This would enhance the atmosphere and provide entertainment.
